What is 60 Day Returns?

How do I return?

1.

  

  Contact our customer service team, by phone, by email or via live chat to arrange for a returns merchandise authorisation email. This email contains the return address, form to complete and returns instructions.

  When you recieve the email, print it out and cut along both lines, inserting the returns slip into the package, and affixing the returns label onto the outside of the returns package.

  During your conversation with our customer service team a collection will be arranged. Await for your pre-arranged collection date and hand your parcel to our secure courier ensuring you capture the tracking reference.

  Once your return has been delivered to our returns department you will receive a confirmation email, please allow up to 10 working days for this to take place. You will also receive subsequent communications that will keep you up to date.

 

Is there anything I need to do before returning my products?

  • This return authorization (RMA) is only valid for 60 days. A proof of posting may be required.
  • The product(s) should be returned preferably with all of the original packaging, significant damage to device resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods will result in a charge by way of reduced refund or invoice.
  • All products must be complete, including all original components such as manuals and accessories.
  • If a product does not meet the agreed return reason codes for return, or has sustained damage outside of what is deemed necessary to establish the product is functioning, you will be charged for the cost to repair or replace the damaged parts.
  • If a product is returned for reason: faulty, and the fault cannot be confirmed via diagnostics, the RMA will be considered invalid. The device will be held until collection is arranged.
  • If a fault does not fall within manufacturer's warranty, the authorized technical center will issue a quote which if not accepted, will lead to administrative fees that we would pass onto you.
