Live Chat allows you to access help from a Technical Support Specialist, as you're browsing our site. It's available when you're looking for general help with our products or services, and when you're logged into your ‘My Account’ and require Technical Support.
You may have noticed the icon at the bottom right of your screen with the invitation:Click here to chat. If you click to chat to us you will be asked to enter your name, email address and the department you would like to access; the department menu is pre-populated with the Customer Service option, simply click and change it to Technical Support to access this service instead. If the icon is not present our team have reached the maximum concurrent conversation possible.
